The Institute of Creativity and Human Performance is part of the educational program of the Swedish-based non-profit international cultural organization, Sardine Sauvage

We apply artistic methods (dance , movement, music, drama, visual art-making), and neuroscience and psychotherapy research, for the enhancement of creativity, human performance and well-being.

Our workshops provide an opportunity for individuals, groups, and organizations to learn how to increase their creative and performance capabilities, as well as to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being. The content and duration of the course is suited to specific requirements and domains (arts, communities, organizations, personal). This training benefits people seeking to understand and/or improve in one or more of the following areas:

. Explore and increase imagination and creativity
. Generate new ideas and solve complex problems
. Develop healthy coping skills
. Improve insight, self-esteem and confidence

. Develop interpersonal skills
. Increase communication and cooperation skills
. Improve motor skills and physical coordination
. Identify blocks to emotional expression and personal growth

The facilitator, Mayte Vaos, brings a multi-disciplinary approach to learning and development based on her background as a performing artist, clinical psychologist and cognition and neuroscience researcher. She leverages arts-based practices and neuroscience discoveries to spark creative inspiration, and to foster growth and development.
