Creativity and Human Performance
The Institute of Creativity and Human Performance applies academically based knowledge and last research in neuroscience and cognitive psychology for the enhancement of creativity and human performance. The Creative Brain educational program is a theoretical-practical course adapted to specific domains. It is aimed at people seeking to understand and improve their personal contribution to creative performance and its application in organizations, artistic activities and/or personal development. The duration of the course and number of participants can be suited to specific requirements. The program is offered in English and Spanish. The facilitator, Mayte Vaos, brings a multi-disciplinary approach to learning and development based on her background as a performing artist, clinical psychologist and cognition and neuroscience researcher. She leverages arts-based practices and neuroscience discoveries to spark creative inspiration, and design thinking to manage the creative process.
